1. Our Return Promise
Not the perfect fit? No worries. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibilty
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Items must be in the same condition as received, in original packaging.
Proof of purchase, such as your order number or email, is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items

4. How to Start a Return
Find Order

Choose Return & Exchange and follow the instructions.
Ship Return
Pack the item securely and ship it using the provided return label.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.
6. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Start a return for the original item and select your preferred replacement option.
7. Damaged / Wrong Item
Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos, and we’ll make it right.
8. Shipping Charges
Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items. For other returns, a return shipping fee may apply depending on your location.
